Delete your account

You can delete your Campus Private Tours account at any time, from the mobile app or the website. Deletion is permanent and happens straight away.

In the mobile app

1. Open the Campus Private Tours app and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Tap Manage account.
4. Tick the box to confirm you understand deletion is permanent.
5. Tap Delete my account.

On the website

1. Sign in at www.university.tours.
2. Open the menu under your name and choose Settings.
3. Choose Manage account, or go straight to Settings → Manage account.
4. Tick Delete my account, then press Delete account.

Can’t sign in?

Email Info@ivystandard.org from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number and photos.
• Your bookings, messages and reviews.
• Guide and counselor listings, applications and verification documents.
• Your saved devices for notifications.

What may be kept

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe keeps its own payment records for the time the law requires for tax and fraud prevention. We do not store your full card number.
